Feel OLD

SO this week, I had a lovely arthritis attack as well as some kind of gastrointestinal malady that plagued me all week (I swear the KFC had NOTHING to do with it). I notice more and more grey hairs now...but unlike my dad, who managed to look somewhat distinguished with his salt and pepper 'do...I just look old.


So old, in fact that I had to resort to copping other (younger) folks' musical selects to check out...I have NO CLUE what the hell is out there these days. Ironic, considering what I'm supposed to be doing for a living (studio engineer that is exposed to 6-7 different acts a week).

So anyway...I've been on this tip for awhile now: The Weeknd (yes, its spelled like that)

And this chick too: Lana Del Rey (who incidentally, can write the soundtrack to my dreams/nightmares anytime....)
